Mr. Robert Richardson has more than 10 years of experience in Federal government contracting and specializes in project management, contracts management, and business development along with capture and proposal management. As the founder and CEO of Acme Business Solutions, LLC (ABS), Mr. Richardson overseas all business aspects of ABS and provides strategic vision and growth for the company.

Prior to founding ABS, Mr. Richardson held senior financial analyst roles with Texton Inc. and Stanley Black and Decker. In these roles, he was responsible for forecasting financial results (internal and external) and leading financial rhythms, including month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial activities. While at Northrup Grumman Corp., Mr. Richardson worked as a subcontract administrator. In this role, he was responsible for all cradle to grave contract activities to include preparing bids, analyzing, and reviewing terms and conditions, negotiating contracts, monitoring risk mitigations, and overseeing contract performance and contract closeout. Most recently, Mr. Richardson served as a business operations manager at CACI Inc. In this role, Mr. Richardson led a team of business professionals with a full range of management responsibilities to include resource planning, staffing, employee training, and development and performance management.

Mr. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oakwood University.
